Step #3 Activator

The Activator is the 3rd step in our dipping system. This is to be used after dipping your nails into the powder. The activator is used to harden the powder and to seal the previous layer. Once the activator is dry and the powder is hard buff your nails until smooth, then apply a second layer of activator.

I think it is really amazing how this product worked to harden the nail powder. I accidentally tried filing before adding this and it got me no where.
